Lighthouse Blend

Our signature house blend, the Lighthouse Blend, is our in-house espresso roast, but it is perfect for any coffee method you choose. A blend of our Brazil and Honduras, this roast features notes of dark chocolate with a hint of citrus.

Ethiopia

One of the most popular regions of coffee, our Ethiopia offering is currently available on pour-over and retail. From the Sidama region, this roast features notes of blueberry, cranberry, and sweetness throughout.

Brazil

One of our standards since we began roasting, Brazil is currently offered as a drip coffee option. From the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, this medium roast features notes of walnuts, molasses, and milk chocolate.

Soluna Blend

One of our newest blend, our Sweater Weather Blend is a cozy blend perfect for all weather. This blend features notes of brown sugar, chocolate, and cranberry, and is a blend of a Giling-Sah processed Sumatra and Natural processed Ethiopia.

Queen Anne’s Revenge

One of our newer roasts, Queen Anne’s Revenge Blend is a bold roast sailed from rough waters on the high seas. This blend features notes of dark mocha, black tea, and caramelized pineapple, and currently serves as our house-roasted cold brew.

Because sometimes you do in fact need decaf! Our single-origin decaf is a delicious roast from Peru and features notes of rounded chocolate, fruit, and nuts.
