History of Coffee and Coffee Cupping
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: $50
Capacity: 6 people
Curriculum:
Timeline of coffee from its inception through different waves to modern specialty coffee. Introduction to the coffee flavor wheel.
Each participant receives a journal and pen.
Coffee cupping session with three different Nexus-roasted coffees.
Concludes with a tour of the roastery production site.
